Banned without a reason

There is a known issues connected with the users ban, which may result in pretty random bans.
We're currently investigating it and this is a priority fix for us.
If you getting ban screen and you don't see any reason behind this — please come back in some time (5-30 minutes), usually it's amount of time which takes our customer support team to fix it.

This issues is fixed.
Fix it! This is f'n annoying. Wrote on forum, sent requests and mail. No frickin answer.
Still banned, 2 minutes after registration. Fix please!
can somebody please help me with this also i've made several request and they get cleared without even a reply.
