First, you have to change your ea.com email address to match the playhem verification email.

To do that, go to ea.com. On the bottom of the screen, click 'login'. Sign-in to ea.com with the email address and password that you registered. Click on 'about me' in the top area of the page. Click 'edit' next to your email. Enter your playhem verification email. Click 'save'. 

Return to your console, restart NHL 11, and enter the menus. Go to 'online', then 'my online NHL 11', then 'online settings', then 'general settings'. Make sure that your playhem email address is listed. Set 'forward end of game stats' to 'yes', then save.
