When you claim a prize by emailing prizes@playhem.com, please allow 72 hours before asking for the status of your prize claim. After / within 72 hours, you will be notified of your prize status. Once the prize has been ordered on your behalf, playhem will forward you tracking info so you can track the delivery of the prize at your request.
